The hotel's location next to the station was incredibly convenient for us, allowing for easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. improvements could be made in terms of breakfast quality and the maintenance of facilities such as the lift and bathroom fixtures.

Cleanliness was an issue in some rooms, with reports of hair clumps and unclean bedding.

The central location is so convenient with lots of food spots around, the entrance gives off a posh vibe which I totally dig. the breakfast spread was quite nice and totally hit the spot. Our room was a tad cozy for two but clean and comfortable. ☺️ Scaffolding blocking the front was a bit of a bummer upon arrival, but hey, no biggie!

I always return to my go-to spot in Carlisle for city breaks. Staff printed my boarding pass once. Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24/7 reception, a cozy lounge, welcome drink, lift. Everything I need!

I stayed at Carlisle Station Hotel for 8 hours overnight for a quick rest. the lounge and bar were relaxing, staff were excellent, bed comfy, and the room clean. Friendly staff promptly resolved a heating issue. the room had a gorgeous view of the train station.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, ensuring a warm welcome. the room offered was spacious, clean, and boasted a comfortable bed and pillows. A plug-in fan was provided, a thoughtful gesture given the warm weather during our stay.
