We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was very close to the ski lift taking us up to Tracouet 2200m. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The spa area was fantastic, with a beautiful pool and relaxing view of the Alpes. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts they provided each morning.

The highlight for me was the incredible spa, which was perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing. The facilities were luxurious and there were so many features to enjoy. It was also great to see that the spa catered to both kids and adults, ensuring everyone had a wonderful time. I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely return to this hotel.

We had a fantastic family vacation at a beautiful hotel tucked away in the mountains. The location was perfect, with the historical Bisse hiking trails right around the corner, allowing us to explore the stunning surroundings. We were also delighted to find the gondola just a short walk away, making it convenient to access the slopes for a day of skiing. After a long day, we enjoyed the cozy and comfortable room, complete with a dreamy bathroom that was a true oasis. The staff provided exceptional service and made sure all our needs were met. Each morning, we indulged in a delicious breakfast that left us energized for the day. The hotel also offered superb facilities, such as the panoramic spa with breathtaking views, creating a truly relaxing experience. Despite all the positives, there was one minor downside regarding the crowded pool and spa during the day due to public access.

The hotel had an amazing spa with breathtaking views. the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were great amenities to have, especially after a long day of activities. the staff was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was not up to 4-star standards and lacked variety. the service during Valentine's dinner was poor and very slow.
