Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The beautiful setting and modern design created a serene atmosphere. The service at the spa, yoga, valet parking, and room service were all excellent. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and located in a quiet area. The free kids club was a great addition for families with young children. The breakfast had a good selection of high-quality options. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast could have been improved with a hotter pot of coffee and a better dining atmosphere. There were also some minor issues with the room, such as a small balcony and an inconveniently located bathroom socket.

The sprawling gardens and salted pools provided a serene atmosphere, while the exceptional spa offered a truly indulgent experience. The staff, trained by Hyatt, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. We couldn't have asked for more!

There were some areas where the hotel fell short. The food selection was limited, and the menu at the restaurants was the same throughout our stay.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that made my stay luxurious. The spa & wellness centre was exceptional, I enjoyed a full body massage and a facial, both of which were rejuvenating. The swimming pool and the sun terrace were amazing and provided a great spot to sunbathe. The season outdoor pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas added to the luxury of the hotel, making it a great place to relax.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the special diet menus. They were limited and could use more options for people with dietary restrictions.
