The location of this hotel was great! It was easy to get around the town from here. the bed and linens were of excellent quality. the furnishings were modern and minimalist. the staff, particularly Alegria and Ana, were so pleasant and accommodating. Alegria even helped us make dinner reservations. the breakfast was delicious and very filling.

The hotel did not have any restaurants, and there was no room service available. It was also a little cramped in the rooms even though they used the space efficiently.

We loved the location of this place – it was right in the heart of a pedestrian area, so we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to see. The service was fantastic, with room service, car hire, and bicycle hire available. The rooms were also great, with soundproofed walls that allowed us to get a good night's rest. We also loved the amenities, especially the in-room safe which gave us peace of mind.

The sight of a resident peacock perched on the wall was a delightful surprise. The hotel staff went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service, providing helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. They even stored my luggage and arranged a taxi for me when I returned to Seville from Cadiz. The bed in my quiet room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the major attractions of Seville on foot. I highly recommend this hotel for a warm and welcoming stay in a stunning setting.

The centralised heating system was a bit inconvenient as we had to ask at reception to change the room temperature. This became irritating, especially since the room never seemed to be warm enough during our stay.

The hotel is located on a quiet side street in the beautiful historic district, just a few minutes from the cathedral and from "town." The location was perfect, as it was right in the center and a short stroll to all the main tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They even called for our early morning taxi, which was waiting for us when we got to the lobby. The quick check-out allowed us to easily make our way to the airport. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with an a la carte menu offering great choices.

Our stay at Legado Alcazar was fantastic. The value for money was excellent, with a lovely modern room and a huge comfy bed. The hotel's location in the historic district was perfect, right next to the Palace and the Cathedral. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Alegria and Ana were so warm and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. They helped us with restaurant reservations and provided us with useful tips that made our visit more interesting. We had a great experience and we'll definitely be back!

They provided us with a map and gave great dining suggestions. the pre-paid breakfast option was amazing, with a wide variety of choices and a nice display. the staff was attentive and provided excellent service. the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for us to access all the attractions in the area.

One negative aspect was that the room we stayed in had a heavy shade on the outside that wouldn't roll up, resulting in a dimly lit room for two days. It would have been nice if the issue was resolved promptly.
