The staff were amazing and made our visit truly enjoyable. Jessica at the front desk provided excellent customer service, Leo the waiter made our dining experience fun and enjoyable, David the chef made ordering food a delightful experience, and Douglas at the bar was not only a great bartender but also shared some interesting insights. The hotel had a perfect location, close to the Benidorm Palace and a short walk to the beach. The pool was great, with plenty of sunbeds and the water temperature was perfect. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was varied and delicious, with a show kitchen that added to the welcoming atmosphere. The staff, in general, were pleasant and helpful. Hakim at reception and Mary Carmen, who cleaned our room, were particularly helpful.

The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty to choose from. The balcony in our room was huge and offered nice views. The staff were helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the beach and shops, and there was transportation available nearby.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a fantastic location. This place is perfect if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the main strip in the city. It is just a short walk away from the beach, or you can easily catch a public bus right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and the staff are always polite and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely bathrooms and balconies overlooking the pool area. I also enjoyed the variety of food options available at the hotel, with lots of choice at all mealtimes. The pool and pool area were also a highlight, with plenty of sunbeds available. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a great location.

stayed at a hotel in benidorm, but bcl levante club & spa blew me away! friendly staff, clean rooms, and amazing all-inclusive drinks. food had great variety and the rooms were spacious with modern bathrooms. would definitely stay again for the value for money.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is situated in a good area with a number of bars nearby. It was also conveniently close to the Benidorm Palace, which was perfect for the event I attended. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and their attention to detail was impeccable. The receptionists were so quick to assist and always wore a smile. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered beautiful views of the pool area. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. the service, location, and amenities at this hotel were exceptional.

This hotel is recommended for adults only, so I would not suggest it for families with children.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal, just a short stroll downhill to the beach. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds to relax on. We also enjoyed sitting at the front entrance and chilling with a few drinks from the bar. The staff were extremely helpful and even provided us with wine and chocolates to celebrate a special birthday. It was a lovely touch.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Benidorm Palace, which offers amazing entertainment options for guests. The animation team at the hotel puts on fantastic shows, including a one-man show by Loopy, who is absolutely amazing. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided great service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including a drying area, which was very convenient.

The food at the restaurant could have been better. The chefs didn't always replenish the food quickly when it ran low, and sometimes the table was cleared before we had finished eating or drinking.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to the Benidorm Palace and a lovely view from the higher floors. They even surprised me with an upgrade to the Presidential Suite for my birthday, which had its own terrace and Jacuzzi. the hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, friendly staff, and fantastic breakfast buffet.

Although the hotel was decent, there were a few downsides. the service at the bar near the reception was a bit slow.
