I always return for the cozy atmosphere. On my first visit, the staff assisted me with bug spray. the amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and sauna perfectly suit me. I find it ideal for a romantic escape with a flat-screen TV for relaxation.

The hotel offers great value for money with attention to detail in every aspect. the hot pool, cool tub, and outdoor area next to the botanical gardens were a real treat. the spacious and bright rooms, complete with a cozy reading nook by the window, were amazing. Liked the location of the hotel, close to the botanical gardens and a short walk to the main park. the room was spacious and the design a mix of modern and traditional. the breakfast was amazing, fresh and high-quality. Perfect to start the day of exploring.

Disliked how hot the room was, at times it was uncomfortable, but stepping outside to breathe in some fresh air helped. the distance from the train station was a bit far, and with lots of luggage, it could become an issue.

the staff were very polite and accommodating, and taxis were readily available when we needed them. We loved the convenient location across from the botanical garden, and having a Family Mart next door was great for quick and affordable snacks. the onsen was beautiful and relaxing, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary ice cream. the hotel had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and the beds were comfortable.
