Lovely hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. The location was perfect, right in between the new and old town, making it easy to explore both areas. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a private beach and plenty of sun loungers available. The restaurant had a great variety of food options, catering to everyone's taste. The daily cleaning of the rooms was prompt and thorough. One particular highlight was the chef who remembered how everyone liked their eggs cooked and always greeted us with a warm smile.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use a makeover. However, they were kept clean every day, so it wasn't a major issue.

A fantastic location, just a short walk away from the charming Old Town and bustling Main Strip. The pool area and beach were wonderful, with plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were excellent and the breakfast had a great selection. I loved the sea view from my room and the luxurious amenities, such as the comfortable pillows and complimentary slippers. The rain shower head and walk-in shower added to the overall experience. The spacious balcony was perfect for enjoying the weather and the sea view. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, amenities, and friendly staff.

My recent stay at Hotel Fariones in Puerto del Carmen was fantastic. The room had a breathtaking sea view and was filled with luxurious amenities like super comfy pillows and complementary slippers. The bathroom was well-stocked with expensive and gorgeous toiletries, saving us from bringing our own. The beds were new and the big TV allowed us to watch our movies using our memory card. The hotel itself was beautiful, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. The rain shower head and spacious balcony were additional highlights. We also enjoyed the jacuzzis outside and the ample sunbed spaces. a truly amazing experience and I will definitely be returning.

The hotel's location near the beach was a major plus, allowing for easy access to the sand and sea. Additionally, the room provided a fantastic view of the pool area and the sea. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and the hotel had beautiful terraces for relaxing. The hotel also had a good atmosphere and plenty of sunbeds for guests to enjoy.

The issue of early morning sun-lounger madness was a downside to the stay. Many sunbeds were claimed by towels early in the morning, leaving little room for other guests to find a spot later in the day.

We had high hopes for this vacation, and the property delivered. the gardens and public spaces were stunning. the food options were impressive, and we enjoyed trying lots of different dishes. the location was excellent; we could walk to everything in the area. And we appreciated the complimentary early check-in.

Customer service was not up to par; the beds were also quite uncomfortable, and we had trouble getting a good night's rest.

The exclusive amenities of this venue were exceptional, including the infinity pool and sun terrace with beautiful garden views. the rooftop pool and the massage services provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. the staff provided top-notch service and made sure all our needs were fulfilled. The breakfast buffet and poolside snack bar were exceptional, and we enjoyed the varied and delicious menu with special diet menus. Cons: the only minor issue was the occasional smell of smoke in the lobby area, which was located close to the smoking area outside. my experience at this hotel was delightful, and the excellent service and exclusive amenities made it a luxurious stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Puerto del Carmen recently. The location was perfect, right by the beach with gorgeous views of the sea from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities. And let me tell you, the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety to choose from. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway.
