Great location, helpful staff, modern rooms, on-site bar and restaurant, close to historic center.

Can’t fault anything about it.

We loved being able to explore the charming streets of Aviles without having to travel far. The hotel itself has a new and clean atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a fridge. The bar in the front and side of the hotel was lively and a great place to relax with a drink. The staff in the cafeteria were friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the central location.

During our stay, we experienced some minor inconveniences. The air conditioning in our room was permanently turned off, which made it difficult for me with my breathing difficulties.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just outside the city center and a stone's throw away from the main square. The room was clean and had a wonderful view over the old city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

The room was absolutely stunning, clean, and bright. the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. It was delightful to check in early without any issue. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. the hotel had all the facilities we needed, which is excellent value for money.

The room was surprisingly warm because of the large windows, and the air-con blows upwards behind the curtains. There were no blinds available to prevent the sun's rays from entering, which made it difficult to cool the room on a hot day.

This hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of the Old Part of town. It's just off the main square, so you can easily stroll around and explore. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and bright. Plus, the breakfast has a really good selection with loads of choices.

All in all, everything was okay and met my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at La Serrana. the cafe downstairs was amazing, and I even enjoyed room service from there. the location was perfect, right in the center of town. the staff were friendly and the value for money was excellent. it was exactly what I needed for my trip.
