amazing stay in san antonio. hotel went above and beyond with their service, from calling taxis to recommending places. rooms were lovely and clean, and we had a blast at the rooftop bar. breakfast was delicious, but the highlight was the friendly and fun staff who made us feel so welcome. can't wait to come back!

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the friendly staff and their willingness to assist me. The hotel had a small but pleasant rooftop pool that I could access easily. The rooms were clean and the decor was lovely. The breakfast provided a good variety of high-quality food. The location was convenient, being only an 8-minute walk from the bus terminal and port. the staff, facilities, and cleanliness were excellent.

there were some noise issues, with sounds from outside and neighboring rooms easily heard inside the room. Finally, the pool area could have been better maintained and monitored, as there were limited loungers and sometimes trash left behind.
