I recently stayed at a hotel in Bilbao and had a great experience. The location was perfect, near the Fine Arts museum and right next to the river. It was a short tram ride away from the city center, and there was a lovely boardwalk along the river for walks. The room was excellent with a beautiful view of the parc. The bathroom was nicely decorated and the housekeeping was impeccable. The staff were extremely helpful, especially at the reception. The breakfast was good, and there were nice facilities like a swimming pool. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

The breakfast options were fantastic, with beautiful seating by the window and friendly staff. The private seating area was a plus for a cozy experience as women travelling alone. The deep tub and Ritual products added a luxurious touch. The concierge provided excellent attention and support with printing travel vouchers.

Felt very welcomed, the staff was attentive and went above and beyond.

Staff is considerate. Bed is comfortable. Building is gorgeous in sunlight. Location is close to Gutenbergmuseum and public transport system. Architecture and view from 10th floor are impressive. Comfy bed and great park view. Good location for tram and exploring Bilbao. Luxurious bathroom with quality products. Enjoyed indoor/outdoor heated pool. Convenient location near galleries and amazing restaurant.

I stayed at Melia for a few days with friends and we loved it. The staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent - especially the outdoor heated pool. Highly recommend it!

The staff is super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome as a solo traveler. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The hotel's prime location near tourist attractions, shopping mall, and public transportation is a major advantage.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at Melia! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and beautiful views of the park and river. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a luxurious bathroom. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay, offering a fantastic variety of delicious food. I also took advantage of the fitness center's sauna, which was a great way to relax. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Melia for a fantastic stay in Bilbao.

Can't fault the property.

We were excited about our romantic escape to the hotel. the room was adorned with complementary wine and chocolate which was a lovely touch. the views from our room of the mountains, park, and city were breathtaking and we could enjoy them from the floor to ceiling windows. the spa was excellent and we enjoyed rejuvenating ourselves. the location was great, next to a mall, and close to shopping which made it very convenient.

Despite the positive aspects, we did not love our experience at the hotel. the bed was not comfortable and we had trouble sleeping.

the restaurant offered amazing meals and in-room breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The only minor issue was the limited selection at the snack bar. it was compensated for by the amazing dinner buffet.

the friendly staff, great food in the restaurant and lounge, and the included buffet breakfast were all fantastic. We even upgraded to an amazing suite for a small fee and it was definitely worth it. the rooms were spacious, with separate bathrooms and even two TVs.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and upkeep of our room at Melia. The breakfast had a good variety and the staff was friendly. Although the parking was expensive, we found a cheaper alternative nearby. The location is great, with a beautiful view of the river valley. I would recommend this hotel.
