We had a fantastic stay at a great value. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to the Cathedral and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

More options for breakfast would have made it even better.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, with plenty of tasty tapas bars just a stone's throw away. the hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring.

The air conditioning in the room left much to be desired. Despite bringing up the issue with the reception, we were told that the rooms are not cooled down during the colder months, leaving us to rely on opening the window for ventilation.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was nice and had all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the Alhambra. The staff, especially Beatriz at the reception, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved, especially the croissants. One of them was rock hard and seemed to be a few days old.

I recently stayed at Melia in a perfect central location for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast choices were wonderful. The bar in the evening was a great addition to our stay. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom and a lovely terrace area to enjoy the early evening. The coffee making facilities in the room were a convenient touch. The hotel also had excellent AC and a public car park right next door.

This place was in a great location, right in the center of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room amenities were excellent with a mini-bar, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. The staff was very helpful and provided room service, bike hire, and wake-up calls. The buffet breakfast was tasty, and the indoor lounge and patio had nice service.

Great central location in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring the sights and attractions. the hotel bar was lovely, offering a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy a drink. the spacious rooms and bathrooms were clean and functional, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

The noise from the streets made it difficult to sleep, especially with people being loud until the early hours of the morning. It was disappointing to be given twin beds instead of a double bed, and there were some amenities missing in the room, such as slippers and a coffee machine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be more convenient, right in the heart of the city. It was just a short walk to the main square and the historic center, and we loved being able to explore the area on foot. Plus, there were plenty of bars and restaurants right across the alleyway, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal or a refreshing drink.

We had a small issue with our reservation, as the staff seemed to be a bit confused and had trouble figuring it out. However, they eventually resolved the issue and we were able to check in without further problems.
