The pool at Mercure was amazing, with its depth making it perfect for diving and jumping in. We also loved the great vibe and abundance of seating around the pool. The location of the hotel was incredible, offering fantastic views from most parts of the property. Our room had a big balcony with a breathtaking view of the city. The staff was very helpful and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be going back and staying longer!

Despite the thick sea mist during our one-night stay, the food was delicious, and the rooms were lovely. The only downside was that the bar could have stayed open a little later, as there was nothing else at the top of the mountain.

The hotel lacks soundproofing, as guests can hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

During our holiday, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and prime location of the hotel. the expansive rooms were well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the balcony offered a truly inspirational vista.

The hotel was perfectly situated on top of a mountain, which provided stunning views of the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and pleasant, and the two complementary festive treats were a lovely touch. the hotel's location was also great for accessing the local attractions, and the modern amenities in the rooms were top-notch.

The downside to the hotel was that some of the communal areas were under construction, making it feel less inviting. the room itself could have been cleaner, with some minor dust and grime present.

The hotel, with its stunning location and magnificent views, provides a great experience. The Fenicular and taxi services make it easy to access the town. The swimming pool offers a superb experience and the bistro bar attached to the hotel provides good value food and drink for lunch. it is a recommended place to stay, with clean and comfortable rooms.

Our room at Mercure had a lovely view over the bay, and the location on top of the mountain provided gorgeous sunsets and views of the Atlantic and city center. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was a real asset. the hotel also had a trolley/funicular that made it easy to get down to the town. the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the experience was well worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on top of a steep hill with a funicular railway that takes you down to the beach. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the bay and creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff provided excellent room service, and the hotel had amenities like car hire, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance, making our stay even more convenient. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant and the bar, where we were served delicious meals and refreshing drinks. With its amazing location and great service, we highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The only downside we experienced was that some of the reception staff seemed inadequately trained, as they were slow to acknowledge us when we approached the desk. However, this minor issue did not affect our overall experience at this hotel.

We stayed at a fabulous and luxurious hotel with stunning views on all sides. the bedroom, even though it was the most basic option, was spacious and very comfortable, offering a beautiful view of sea cliffs and a lighthouse. the bathroom was equipped with a shower in the bath and a bidet. the pool area had a good number of sun loungers with parasols, and the foyer had high-end decor with plenty of comfortable seating options. We particularly enjoyed the lovely veranda area accessed from the bar. the breakfast provided was excellent.
