I enjoyed the breathtaking views of the Cathedral right from my room, which created a lovely ambiance during my stay. The location was also incredibly convenient, as it was just steps away from the historic center and the Camino de Santiago, making it easy to explore and soak in the local sights.

The only drawback was the steep stairs leading to the hotel, which might be challenging for some guests.

The shower screen was not wide enough and water covered the bathroom floor making it very slippery, had to put towels down to soak up the water.

the check-in was an absolute disaster, more than 2 hours waiting with a crowd, very unprofessional, they shouldn't even call it a hotel when you can’t relax anywhere in the lobby. And no tea/coffee making facilities? i mean, how hard is it to provide a basic kettle? i almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

However, the room's layout was awkward—the bathroom door needed a push to stay shut, and the sink took up too much space. While the view and breakfast were highlights, the overall upkeep seemed dated for the price point. The traditional fish served at breakfast was exceptional, a delightful way to start the day.

One thing that stood out was the spacious family suite we had, it felt like stepping back in time with its antique vibes. Plus, waking up to the breathtaking view of the grand cathedral every morning, was like a privilege you just can’t buy.

Superb location with a fantastic view of the Cathedral from our comfy room. Perfect for blending relaxation with sightseeing, right in the heart of the old town. A lovely base for my endeavors and an absolute treat!
