stayed in burgos before, but this time at crisol. wow, exceeded expectations! right by cathedral and main square, spacious clean room, excellent breakfast with cathedral view. staff so helpful. definitely recommend and would stay again.

Located on the Camino de Santiago, this unique hotel offers comfortable rooms with stunning cathedral views. The breakfast buffet features a variety of delicious options. The staff is helpful and polite, making for a special stay in a charming place. There are also hidden gems nearby, such as the Church of San Nicolas de Bari. A great base for exploring the old town and enjoying the local restaurants.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of town and next to the cathedral. There were plenty of fabulous Tapas bars nearby to explore. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a great service experience.

The parking was quite a hassle and quite expensive for what it was.

The hotel had such a cozy and authentic atmosphere, with beautiful tile floors and wooden beams. the view from my room was absolutely stunning, and I loved waking up to the sight of the cathedral. the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, and I enjoyed having a direct view of the cathedral from the breakfast room. the proximity of the parking garage was also a plus, making it convenient for us to explore the city.

That the underground garage made it a bit challenging to handle our luggage. It would have also been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the annex, especially for guests staying in the separate building.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was amazing, right in the heart of town and with a view of the breathtaking cathedral. We loved the central location of the hotel, perfect for exploring the neighborhood. Though we had a small room, it had modern double glazed windows and a great view. Despite some noise from neighboring rooms, we slept soundly and enjoyed our stay. we would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of the old town. You can easily walk to anywhere, and it's a beautiful area. The main attraction is just yards away, it’s one of the Gothic masterpieces of the world. The staff were amazing in every manner possible, from the efficient friendly receptionist to the helpful room service. The room was very tidy and the amenities were modern and well-fitted out. The bar was also very pleasant to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury hotel with excellent customer service.

Can't fault anything about it.

Superbly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach the most iconic landmarks and explore the city. the room had a full-size bathtub and air conditioning, which made our stay quite comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary items we received upon arrival, which added a personal touch to our experience.

The breakfast fell short as it was not replenished fast enough, and the limited options did not justify the price. the bed was not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which is important during a city trip.
