We absolutely loved the traditional Canarian architecture and the cozy lounge area off the reception. The pool and hot tub were also fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, with the main square and plenty of restaurants just a stone's throw away. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the value for money.

We felt safe throughout our stay and had no complaints at all.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay in Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring the area. The decor of the hotel may be a little old, but I found it to be charming and added to the overall ambiance. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a modern bathroom that exceeded my expectations. The bed was quite comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the self-service breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The courtyard lounge was a true oasis of tranquility, especially on hot days. The hotel itself felt like a museum, with interesting items and pictures scattered throughout. I must commend the reception staff who went above and beyond to help me with my printing needs. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return to this quaint Canarian hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely historical hotel in the heart of a charming town. The location couldn't be better, as it's situated on a pedestrian street opposite an attractive square. Being in the center of the old part of town, I had everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the town square.

The lack of variety in the breakfast options. However, it did not detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

We had a fantastic 11-day stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed, including the lido swimming complex. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the buffet breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options including our favorite, HP sauce. the hotel itself is beautiful, with wooden balconies and a lovely courtyard with vegetation and a water feature. We particularly loved our room with a wooden balcony overlooking the square. this was the best stay we've had in over 30 years of visiting this hotel. We highly recommend it, especially during Easter for the perfect weather.

This hotel is located in a wonderful area, right in the heart of the old town center in front of the church square. It is surrounded by a charming atmosphere with shops and cafes lining the main street, making it a perfect location for exploring the city. The rooms offer a wonderful view, overlooking the Plaza de Iglesia with its beautiful church. The staff at this hotel are exceptional, ensuring that the rooms are kept very clean and attending to any needs or requests promptly. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes.

Spent Easter here and it was a great experience! the breakfast was amazing, with lots of options and hot dishes, and the bar area was elegant and perfect for entertainment. the hotel's location was also key - close to several restaurants, shops, and attractions. We enjoyed the flamenco dancers and the musician/singer on another evening.

The room was a bit outdated and could do with some renovation - the bathroom facilities were getting shabby. the temperature at night was often too hot, and the room fan wasn't that effective.

This old hotel in the heart of the old town has a charming character and is gradually being updated. Friendly staff, large breakfast selection, and daily room cleaning. The indoor courtyard now has brand new chairs with comfortable leather cushions. Great location.
