Great location, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the sights. the room was well-kept and provided all the necessary amenities for a romantic escape, including a coffee maker and tea kettle. the garage was very clean and had ample space for parking.

The bartender was rude and uninterested in taking care of guests, often leaving coffee on the counter instead of bringing it to the table. the dinner experience was ruined by unfriendly waiters.

Room was small but well-organized with comfy bed. Bathtub and shower cabin were a bonus. Breakfast had decent options, could use more veggies. Secure parking with EV charging was worth the extra fee. Not very central, but walkable or taxis available for going out at night. Good impression, would return.

We stayed at Sercotel and it was really easy to find, with great car parking. the reception staff were very helpful and the rooms were large, clean and comfy. the bathroom was great and there was a lovely area to sit outside in the evening, by the pool, and relax after our journey. the breakfast was excellent with a great choice and the staff were friendly. it was a really lovely hotel and we have already booked to stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the staff at Sercotel were amazing, speaking multiple languages and being very friendly. They even gave unicorn key rings to the children when we arrived, which was a nice touch. the room was very comfortable, and I appreciated the tea and Nespresso facilities. the bathroom had both a shower and a separate bath, and the Fair Trade toiletries were a nice touch. the staff were incredibly helpful, even providing milk for my tea in the bar. the bar had a great atmosphere, and the drinks were lovely. the buffet breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options. I would definitely stay here again. the secure on-site parking was also worth the extra charge.

The hotel was conveniently located near the motorway and had easy access. the staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the secure and underground parking where I was able to charge my electric car for free. the spacious bathroom and comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. It was also great that the hotel was pet-friendly and our dog didn't cause any disturbances during the night.

The lobby had a very unpleasant smell, possibly from the sewer, which was off-putting. the pool area was small and crowded, and despite being given plastic cups for drinks, there were some noisy and disruptive guests who were not following the rules.

Great value for money with large, clean and comfortable rooms, plus a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and even helped us arrange a taxi into the city. The hotel had plenty of free parking and a clean and inviting bar with reasonable drink prices.

The breakfast menu could be improved by providing milk sachets or creamer for coffee and tea. Not everyone enjoys black coffee or watered-down tea without milk.
