We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was simply stunning, right on the waters edge at the tip of the desirable Sandbanks Peninsula. Being able to wake up and see the sparkling sea right outside our window was a dream come true. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where we could relax and soak in the breathtaking views. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who always had a smile on their faces. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, and our room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The separate tub and shower in the spacious bathroom were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, sitting outside and enjoying the fantastic view of the sea.

The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon our arrival. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the beautiful views. The dining experience was excellent, with a delicious continental breakfast and a lovely bar/lounge area to unwind in.

The staff were confused by simple questions and requests at times, but the manager quickly resolved any issues that arose. They were making huge efforts to keep everyone safe, which was commendable.

The services provided, like housekeeping and the welcome drink, were top-notch.

The breakfast had a good selection of fruit and fish and the cooked breakfast was not greasy.
