We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering stunning views. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially the young Spanish receptionist. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to all amenities. the Mont Park provided exceptional value for money.

The room was small and the bathroom desperately needed upgrading. The staff, especially at the reception, were grumpy and unfriendly. The breakfast lacked variety and included no drinks, not even water. However, there were lots of sunbeds by the pool and the free WiFi was a bonus.

The elderly Spanish guests in the dining room were rude and made us feel unwelcome.

I had a great stay at Mont-Park in Benidorm. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. The reception people were always there when I needed them, and they even helped me learn some basic Spanish phrases. The food at the hotel was delicious, and there was always a variety of options to choose from. The hot water in the showers worked perfectly, and the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and other attractions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Hilarious traditional Spanish taberna-style evening meals, a fabulous pool area with plenty of seating and a game room for entertainment. The 24-hour reception and check-out service were much appreciated. The hotel is well-located and attracts a diverse mix of European tourists.

Oh, I just loved sitting on the cramped balcony staring at the neighboring hotel's pool and staff car park. And let's not forget the half-size bath that's perfect for those who enjoy the challenge of relieving themselves while sitting down.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, Mont-Park was a real steal. The room was clean and comfy, not to mention the awesome location near the beach. But what really stood out was the staff - they were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Big shoutout to the older gentleman at the reception and the lovely cleaning lady, they truly made our stay special.

Now, if there's one thing that could've made the breakfast selection a bit better, it would be some more variety. Don't get me wrong, there were a few options, but it would've been nice to have a bit more choice to start off the day.
