Perfect location in the heart of the action, unbeatable views, exceptional customer service, amazing pool area, delicious breakfast, helpful staff.

We stayed at a hotel located on the main drag next to a lively square in the center of the city. It was the perfect location, with shops and restaurants right outside. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean from the patio area. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast selection was delightful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a luxurious spa and a stunning bar area.

The air conditioning broke down during our stay, causing some discomfort.

The shower floor was slippery, which was dangerous, and there was no clock in the room. the parking was difficult to access with narrow streets, and there were only a few parking spots available.

The reception staff were absolutely amazing, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the main pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The air conditioning in our room was not up to par, especially on the upper level, making it uncomfortable at times. the spa was quite small and could use better air circulation.

The venue was luxurious, offering exclusive amenities such as an infinity pool and spa centre. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere and offered delicious food and drinks. This hotel was centrally located and had stunning views from the balcony.

The outdoor pool area was limited in sun loungers, making it difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax. my personal experience at this venue was exceptional.

Large spa room with stunning terrace and modern facilities in historical building. Perfect central location on busy pedestrian street, easy access to restaurants and historical sites. Helpful staff recommended excellent local restaurants, organized personalized experiences. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The breakfast at Metropole was absolutely delightful. I enjoyed the wide variety of options available, and the hot food cooked to order was a nice touch. The stunning location of the breakfast area, overlooking the sea, made it even more special. The interior of the hotel was beautifully designed, with a classy and elegant atmosphere. The spa was a lovely addition, and having a dedicated time slot for personal use was a great feature. The staff, especially Santino, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I had a fabulous experience at Metropole. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful design, stunning location, and excellent service.
