The hotel is located in a central area close to everything North of Fort Sam, with a variety of chain restaurants and other dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially to families with young children. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of food options.

No negative aspect to mention, everything was great.

My room was spotless. Although the power went out for two hours during my stay, it never felt unsafe thanks to the hotel's helpfulness during the outage. The courteous staff made up for any shortcomings. Overall I'd recommend a stay at this Hampton Inn.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a great location. It was close to everything North of Fort Sam and in a central area to where I needed to be. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were a number of restaurants nearby, including many chain restaurants.

I did have a minor issue with the price when I initially booked. The staff argued with me about the price and tried to increase it by almost $100.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, good breakfast, nice gym and pool.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Our New Year stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which is a great way to start the day. the nearby restaurants provided variety and convenience. the indoor pool was a nice option to relax and unwind.

The hotel was not as soundproofed as we had hoped. We could hear the traffic from the nearby road and it was difficult to sleep.
