They even offered an a la carte menu which was exceptional. the staff was very attentive and made sure that our preferences were noted. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. we were given a complimentary welcome drink which was a nice touch.

The hotel provided only four coffee pods for the entire stay which was not enough for us since we love our coffee. we missed having a semi-private space to relax and play some board games in the afternoon or evening.

We loved the central location, surrounded by old charm, shopping, and delicious food. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service and helpfulness of the front desk staff. They were always ready to assist, even helping us find outstanding restaurants not once, but twice. We would return to Porto just to stay at this incredible hotel again.
