The location was convenient, with a metro station nearby for easy access to the city center. The staff were very nice and helpful, offering to clean our room earlier than expected and checking in on us multiple times to see if we needed anything.

Despite our late arrival, she made sure we felt welcome. It's a shame we had to leave early and didn't get to see the hotel in daylight.
