Our stay at this hotel was excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and even better than we expected from the pictures. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the city center and attractions like the Guggenheim, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast was good, but it would have been even better if the coffee machine had been in better working condition.

I recently stayed at Nh Bilbao Deusto for a leisure visit of 4 nights. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city center, Guggenheim museum, and a shopping mall across the street. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large desk and plenty of sockets for working. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold dishes at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my early check-in possible. I also appreciated the convenient underground parking.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to everything the city has to offer. We were able to visit the Guggenheim museum easily and there were plenty of great pintxo bars and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and great advice for exploring the city.

We were disappointed to find out that on Sunday all the restaurants in the area closed at 5pm and we had to settle for a meal at a nearby place that was rather disgusting.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised to find two complementary chocolates on my pillow every night, and a small Christmas tree in the lobby that added to the festive vibe. The hotel's location was also perfect, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet close enough to public transportation that made exploring the city a breeze. Plus, the hotel's Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected with my loved ones back home.

The breakfast was a letdown. The food options were limited and not very tasty, and the cutlery was not clean, leaving me feeling uncomfortable.
