The breakfast buffet choices were excellent, featuring local Polish dishes that added a unique touch to our mornings.

During our stay, the room card didn't work initially, and it was inconvenient having to return to the reception for a fix.

We had a lovely three-night stay in a standard room. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet had plenty to offer, including local specialties. Just a note, the TV casting feature didn’t work, but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment. I'd suggest confirming room amenities in advance.

Hot water supply was inconsistent, leading to some unpleasant showers!!! The elevators were painfully slow and could use an upgrade!!! Spa treatments seemed overpriced and the limited late-night room service menu hardly caters to hungry guests!!!

Request fresh pillows upon arrival, as the standard ones may not provide adequate comfort for a restful night's sleep.

stayed at the radisson blu in wroclaw and it was really nice! the location was super close to the river and old town. The room was clean and comfy. breakfast had some cool local dishes that were tasty. they even gave us complimentary drinks when we arrived, which was a sweet touch. staff were friendly overall and made us feel welcome.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the premium room with a park view was spacious and equipped with a flat-screen TV that allowed us to connect our laptop. The location was convenient, being just 1.5 km from the central train station.

Nothing could be improved.

stayed here for 3 nights and the location was super close to the river ooder and only a short walk to the old market square. our room was really spacious and clean and we had a great sleep on the comfy bed. breakfast had a lot of variety, even some local dishes which was a nice touch! the staff were really helpful, told us about nearby attractions and made us feel welcome. definatly would go back again!

the gym was kinda stifling with no windows and the tv channels weren't working right, so i could only watch the news.

I really enjoyed dinner here, the food was super tasty and not overpriced. Chromecast on the TV was a nifty touch. The spa had a lovely sun terrace where I relaxed, and I even tried the back massage which was fantastic. Just a heads-up, the breakfast room gets pretty crowded, so maybe go a bit earlier to avoid the rush! 😊

the executive suite was quite large and clean, but the noise from above was unbearable! I should’ve received a complimentary upgrade for that inconvenience. The sauna wasn’t working either, which was devastating after my busy day. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t believe such a 'premium' hotel would have such poor amenities.
