From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning waterfall and the transparent floor in the lobby. The rooms were luxurious, with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom complete with two sinks and mirrors. Everything was immaculately clean, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and I particularly want to give a shoutout to Heidi at the front desk for her amazing assistance. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, including the unique glass tomato bread. The brunch was simply amazing. If I ever return to Barcelona, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this fantastic hotel again.

The hotel had a great location, only 15 minutes away from the airport by car and with a nearby metro station. This made it convenient for getting around the city. Additionally, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the rooms lacked basic amenities that you would expect from a 5-star hotel, such as complimentary bottled water, tea/coffee making facilities.

The free Easter chocolates in the room were a nice touch and we also enjoyed the complementary drinks at the bar. the hotel was conveniently located near a metro station and the airport shuttle service was a welcome addition. One of the best aspects was the rooftop pool and bar, the view was stunning.

The room was tired and showed signs of being heavily used, the carpet looked stained and old, while the bathroom had mold and outdated fixtures. the staff was mediocre and not overly interested in assisting guests.
