I chose this hotel because I had some business in the Plano area. Flying into Love Field, it was about a 30-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. The location was convenient, with a strip mall across the street offering a variety of restaurants, including Ihop, a Thai place, and a Greek place. Additionally, there was a Walmart and Target just a five-minute drive away.

Although the rooms were dated, they were clean and provided a comfortable stay. I appreciated the multiple sockets near the beds and the option to log into my Netflix or Hulu account on the TV.

My recent stay at the Courtyard in Plano was fantastic. The convenient location made exploring the area a breeze. The comfortable room and great bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The large room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Plano.

The hotel facilities, including the weight room and pool, were convenient and well laid out, although I didn't have the chance to use them. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway to relax and rest. The location was great, within a 10-minute drive of many restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was professional and very caring, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The Courtyard By Marriott Dallas Plano Parkway At Preston Road offers excellent courtyard entrance, comfy beds, and helpful, friendly staff. The layout with separate bathroom and vanity is a nice touch. The small bar/bistro inside the hotel is clean and appealing, and the outdoor pool area is well-maintained. Balconies for upper level rooms and patios for first floor rooms provide added convenience.

As foreign tourists, we really enjoyed the updated lobby with its upscale feel and comfortable environment. The flat screens throughout the lobby added a modern touch. The outdoor pool and patio area were fantastic, allowing us to bring our own food and grill. The balcony in our room with outdoor patio furniture was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had great facilities for families and kids, ensuring a fun and safe stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and friendly atmosphere.

Conveniently located and Starbucks cafe on-site. I had a minor issue with noise in the room, but overall, I enjoyed my stay at this Courtyard hotel. The room could use a revamp, but the staff was friendly and attentive. The shuttle bus was a helpful amenity, although it wasn't always available. Despite some minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel to others. I had a positive experience.

The hotel's location is great! It is situated near many options for restaurants and shopping, making it easy to get around. the hotel had a beautiful garden that was very peaceful and relaxing. We also appreciated the ample parking and clean facilities, including a well-maintained gym and pool. the room rate was very reasonable and we were pleased to have free WiFi and a small refrigerator in our room.

The hotel is quite outdated and it showed in the room's decor and amenities. the water pressure was quite weak, and the sheets on the bed were thin and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The staff is very attentive, from the Bistro to housekeeping. My room with a balcony was comfortable, and I appreciated having basic amenities. During my stay, I decided to try a glass of wine at the bar. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience as the wine tasted pretty terrible and definitely not worth the $16 price tag.
