We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Pamplona El Toro Hotel & Spa! The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are clean and comfortable. As pet lovers, we were thrilled that the hotel accommodated our dogs with treats, bowls, and even a dog bed in the room. The staff went above and beyond by setting up a special dinner for us in our suite when we couldn't take our dogs to the restaurant. We felt like royalty! The hotel also provided a map of dog walks and a menu for dog meals, making it a perfect choice for travelers with pets. we had a fantastic experience and plan to stay here every time we pass through.

The sound insulation, as we were disturbed by noise from the room above during the night. However, considering how exceptional the hotel is overall, this was a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was great and easily accessible. the rooms were comfortable and well-furnished. the food served was of a high standard and delicious. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was a lot of noise late at night, which made it very difficult to sleep. the parking was limited, which made it hard to find a spot to park the car.

We recently stayed at a hotel on our return journey from Scotland to Spain, and Pamplona El Toro Hotel & Spa was by far the best one we stayed in. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent food, dinner, breakfast, and drink options. The service was top-notch, and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The room was spectacular, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were also pleased to find that the hotel provided beds and bowls for our two small dogs, making it a truly pet-friendly establishment. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
