We had an incredibly relaxing stay at a hidden gem in Madrid area! The room was spacious, with a private balcony and breathtaking views. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the linens were pristine. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even providing a reward for any inconveniences. Despite being fully booked, the hotel never felt crowded. The location was perfect, just steps away from shops and attractions. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the omelets were cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning for more "escapades" in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect summer getaway.

The Exe Victoria Palace is perfectly located near the Old Town of El Escorial. Spacious rooms with great views, comfy beds, and nice toiletries. The staff are friendly, personable, and very cheerful. Excellent location, just a short walk from main sites and restaurants. Good value for a 4* hotel, especially on Sundays with a 50% discount.

The room at Exe Victoria Palace was outstanding with a great view of the town. I loved having a balcony and a small living room area. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the must-visit Monastery. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The swimming pool was gorgeous and the hotel even allowed us to use it after check-out. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to everything in the town center. It is just a few steps away from the stunning palace and offers easy access from Madrid airport by train. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is courteous and goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and the view from the rooms overlooking the garden is pleasant.

Parking is a challenge outside the hotel.

Located close to the Monastery and good restaurants, our Christmas stay was made enjoyable by the comfortable and newly redone rooms. The view from the Breakfast area was a delight. A well-kept garden area added to our stay.

The hotel staff struggled with English, making communications awkward. The bathrooms were not well designed, with the trendy in-room style having a glass wall between the tub and bedroom.

The hotel is perfectly located in the town centre, just a few meters away from the impressive Monastery of El Escorial. The room we stayed in was spacious, with plenty of natural light and a nice balcony offering amazing views. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
