Gigi at the reception was fantastic, providing us with all the necessary information and making us feel welcomed. The hotel's convenient location near the city center and Paralel Avenue made it easy for us to navigate and explore. The contemporary rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. As structural engineers, we were impressed by the excellent ventilation system in place.

The breakfast had a decent variety and the hot chocolate from the machine was really nice. The staff was very friendly and made up the room well each day. It's located just a 10-minute walk from Las Ramblas and close to all main transport links.

We had a great stay at Nuevo Triunfo! the location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and transportation links, making it convenient to explore the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young female receptionist who provided us with lots of useful information. the rooms and bathrooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained. After checking out, they kindly allowed us to leave our suitcase there while we enjoyed the city for a few more hours before heading to the airport. a fantastic experience!
