We recently had the most amazing romantic getaway in a beautiful hotel in Florence. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more special. We enjoyed free water and coffee in the lobby, which was a nice added touch. the decor in our room was absolutely stunning, creating a romantic atmosphere that we loved. the firm and comfortable beds ensured we had a great night's sleep during our escape.

The Worst:

The hotel is incredibly conveniently located, being so close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. It is also within walking distance to all of the main attractions in Florence, allowing us to see everything we wanted to without much hassle. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was very weak, making it difficult to stay connected and access the internet during our stay.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had amazing views. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the central station, shuttle bus to the airport, and the Duomo. The staff treated me like a Sir and was always polite and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The rooms were like a museum, with original 17th-century ceiling paintings. It was very clean and comfortable, with nice decorations. The staff was amazing and the location was fantastic, right in the center of the city and near the train station.

The hotel's location is superb, not more than ten minutes from all the major attractions in this beautiful city. The value for money is excellent, especially given the competitive price. The rooms are very finely decorated as palace rooms, with wall and ceiling paintings, making the stay truly special. The staff is helpful and cheerful, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The wifi in the hotel needs to be improved.

This hotel is located right in the centre of the old town, inside a Florentine's palace. The rooms are beautifully decorated with paintings on the ceilings and some even have a small balcony overlooking the stunning inner courtyard. The breakfast is delicious with homemade cakes and lovely hot coffee.
