Value for money was excellent, especially since we didn't realize it was an all-inclusive package when we booked. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a great location with a beautiful beach nearby. The staff treated us wonderfully throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights could have been more varied each day.

We had an amazing time at Occidental in Port des Torrent. Stayed for 7 nights and ended up spending every day at the hotel due to excellent facilities for the children. The Animation team who ran the Kids Club were fantastic, creating a friendly atmosphere. The range and quality of food was excellent and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also had a clean pool/garden area and provided big towels. The staff, from reception to restaurant and bar, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a small supermarket in front and a convenient bus transfer to the airport.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect for us, away from the party scene but still accessible.

The No Problem Hotel. We are the second time in this hotel! BIG MISTAKE, Will never change this hotel to any in Ibiza. Amazing variety of food, all drinks for free, you never stay hungry/thirsty during your stay! I call it the "no problem hotel"! Bow to the staff, highest appreciation to the reception, chef-cook, admin, management! ! Occidental took care of the extraordinary vacation! And- the price is half of than in Croatia! I can only recommend this hotel! PS- Thank you to Oscar in the reception, deserves a salary raise!

The hotel is located in a quiet area but a few lovely restaurants are nearby. It is also conveniently close to the beach and the center of Sant Antoni where there are buses to various places. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful, making the overall service great. The breakfast has a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers nice swimming pools and a kids play area for entertainment.

The hotel seemed understaffed with queues at the bars most of the time.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and welcoming, even as the season was winding down. The dining room was spacious and had clean high chairs for our one-year-old. The pools were excellent, with a great children's shallow pool that was perfect for our toddler. The main pools were also great for family dips since it wasn't too busy. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and all the staff were friendly. The food and drink at meals were plentiful and delicious, with snacks available by the pool all day. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to boats and water taxis for excursions to beautiful beaches. There was also a bus stop nearby for quick transportation to Sant Antoni and other places of interest. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this city.

Value for money was excellent, with all-inclusive benefits and a comfortable, spacious room with stunning sea views. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a beautiful beach and a convenient distance from San Antonio. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always ready to help.

The rooms were not very clean and there were many stains on the carpets and curtains. The heating was also very poor, which made it uncomfortable during the cold nights.
