The value for money at Occidental was amazing, especially with the all-inclusive option. The room was a bit small, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with easy access to public transport.

The breakfast option could be improved by adding coffee and tea in the rooms.

The pools, including the outdoor children's pool and indoor pool, were freezing cold, making them difficult to enjoy.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Playa de Palma. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was well-designed with comfortable loungers. I loved being able to dine on the balcony and the staff at both reception and the dining room were very helpful and friendly. The best part was the retention of the trees, which added a lovely touch to the surroundings.

Well, it was fine but nothing too exceptional. the hotel is in a central location and the beach is not too far away. the pool area was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the restaurant had a good selection, especially for breakfast, and the staff in the dining area were friendly.

The rooms were slightly outdated, and the air conditioning was not very effective. the staff at the reception desk could have been more helpful and seemed a little disinterested.

The hotel's location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach and easy access to shops and bars. The amenities provided, such as pool towels, robes, and slippers, added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The food at the restaurant was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area and outdoor pool, where we spent many relaxing hours. we were extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided by this hotel.

We had a great stay at this luxury hotel! The location is so cool, only 5 min from the bus stop and 10 min walking from the beach. It's also just 2 min from Mega Park for people that are keen to that sort of thing, and 3 min from the main street with all the restaurants that run by the sea shore. The hotel and facilities were really nice. The restaurant, pool area, and bar were lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the view of the ocean from our room on the 4th floor was just breathtaking. The staff at the reception were nice and friendly, and the free wifi had good throughput.

The only issue we had was that the hotel is just a couple of streets away from a road with large beer bars that had hundreds of singing party goers. We could hear them until the early hours of the morning, even with the windows closed and aircon on.

I had a perfect stay at Occidental in Palma. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to bus stops for easy transportation. The food quality was excellent, with a variety of options for every meal. The indoor pool was a great feature, especially for a December visit. The staff was attentive and caring, making our experience even better. The rooms were clean and cozy, although the bed size was a bit small. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Palma.
