Great location, comfortable rooms

After a horrible first couple of days in another property, it was a relief to arrive at a welcoming and beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they had an available room for early check-in, which was a great bonus. The hotel is conveniently located in Santa Cruz, within walking distance of the city center and shops. The staff was amazing and promptly responded to any issues we encountered. Although the rooms were not completely sound-proof, it was still a near perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

Great location, superior terrace room, daily cleaning, excellent bathroom with superb shower. Lovely bar for relaxing. Friendly staff, public computers. Good for shopping. WiFi and public transport available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient - just a short walk to multiple subway stations and a 24-hour grocery store. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable, allowing for great sleeps. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Not one thing.

I had an amazing stay at a very good 3-star hotel in the center of Santa Cruz. My junior suite on the top floor had a big terrace with stunning views. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast and dinner were tasty with a lot of options and we enjoyed the prompt taxi calling service at the hotel. The location was central, within walking distance of a beautiful park and close to the promenade on the seafront.

The air conditioning in the restaurant was extreme and the room lacked adequate ventilation. we did not have a pleasant experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of the town, making it convenient for exploring the city. It is also near a beautiful park, perfect for leisurely walks and relaxation. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary amenities such as a safe and small fridge in the room add to the convenience.

The single rooms do not have windows on the outside, which can make them feel cramped and lacking natural light.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area of the city, right next to an amazing park and close to the center. It's perfect for exploring the city and the hiking trails nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a balcony. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast spread is impressive with a good selection of food.
