The people were super friendly, the lake view was awesome, and the biscuits and gravy at breakfast were bomb! If you're into good vibes, scenic views, and delicious breakfast options, this place has it all.

It's in the middle of nowhere up in Northern Wisconsin, with no nearby options for food during the weekdays. It's a bummer that they don't offer free breakfast either.

During our weekend getaway, we enjoyed the exceptional friendliness of the staff at Camp 28. the lake view was stunning, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food, especially the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. No free breakfast was offered, but the paid breakfast options were worth it. Can just recommend this hotel.

Spent our New Year at a cozy hotel nestled between a serene lake and a picturesque road. the hotel staff was kind and courteous. the comfortable, clean, and noise-insulated rooms provided the perfect escape for a peaceful New Year getaway. the food served at the hotel restaurant was exquisite, especially the biscuits and gravy.

Although the hotel location was scenic, the road between the lake and hotel sometimes got noisy. the rooms could have used some updating, but it didn't affect our stay as it was a minor issue.
