The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. The room was excellent, comfortable and had great amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The pool area was modern and inviting, and we wish we had more time to try it out. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay enjoyable.

We had a perfect stay at Leonardo Boutique Mallorca Port Portals. the hotel was clean, tidy, and compact, yet had everything we needed. the staff were amazing and always went the extra mile, even helping us out when we were stranded waiting for a taxi. the bar and restaurant staff took great care of us and always had a smile on their faces. the rooftop bar was a real bonus and offered beautiful views. the room itself was modern and beautiful, with a balcony providing a nice view. the location was excellent, with Puerto Portals and its fantastic restaurants just a short distance away. the hotel offered free parking right in front.

The only drawback we found was that the hotel was not obvious to find. But once we did find it, we had a wonderful stay.
