The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both the city center and the local area. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Hercules square, which had a great selection of restaurants and bars. the hotel offered a swimming pool with a bar, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

We also had to complain about the poor sound insulation, as the TV in the room above was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. although the location and amenities were promising, the hotel lacked some basic necessities and had issues with noise insulation.

This hotel is conveniently located just outside of the over touristy areas, close to the city center but with a quieter atmosphere. There are several nice restaurants just a stone's throw away, allowing for easy dining options. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a good shower and clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection, including a tasty cooked breakfast.

The pool is only open during the seasonal months, which can be disappointing for guests who visit during good weather.

They even gave me a personalized map with recommendations for a hidden gem of a tapas bar that I would have never discovered on my own. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with nice showers and a lovely bathroom. The rooftop pool was a refreshing bonus, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. the level of comfort and quality of service provided here was top-notch!

The rooms at One Shot Palacio Conde De Torrejon 09 are spacious and brand new, perfect for young people. The communal areas are beautifully decorated, creating a stylish and clean atmosphere. The old, but modern renovated building with an Atrium adds to the charm. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the historic center and a plaza with local restaurants and bars. The friendly staff, especially Angela at reception, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and provide exceptional service.

One downside is that there is no coffee machine or tea-making facilities in the rooms.
