it felt like they were a bit stretched during peak hours. I appreciated the lovely building's character and enjoyed the complimentary evening meal, which surprisingly exceeded my expectations! However, the check-in delays were noticeable, likely due to a recent system change.

i was really hoping for a delightful stay but had to wait ages for check-in when the lady couldn't even find my reservation, ugh! plus, the room was too small—facing an internal courtyard and so noisy, i expected an upgrade or at least a complimentary bottle of wine to soothe my nerves. almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

Loved the varied buffet dinner options every night.

During my stay, I noticed that the rooms were somewhat underwhelming compared to the beautifully designed public areas. Specifically, my room faced the inner courtyard, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic as the windows didn’t open. Additionally, the temperature in the room was uncomfortably cool. I had to wear a sweater in the evening just to feel warm enough, which detracted from my overall comfort.

I loved having the luxurious Rituals toiletries in my room and being able to check in early made a big difference! The sauna and gym provided nice relaxation options after a long day. The only small drawback was that the rooms could use some air conditioning, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

Just a fine choice for a quick stop in Malmo with great value for the money. I really enjoyed the comfy bed and the multiple pillows made for a nice rest. If you ask for a warmer room, they'll help you out.

Had a fantastic time with friends! Dinner and breakfast were great, with tons of options for everyone. We were close to the Casino Cosmopol and Malmöhus Castle, which made it easy to explore. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!
