I had an incredible time at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and the bustling old town streets. The staff, including Sergi, Lukas, and Natalia, were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with beautiful decor, and the bathroom had a fantastic soaking tub. The breakfast in the courtyard was delightful, and the air conditioning was a rare luxury. a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely excellent!! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The rooms were lovely and clean, with all the amenities you could need. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail in the design of each room, it really added to the overall experience. the location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the city on foot. It was great to be within walking distance of all the key attractions and restaurants.

While the breakfast buffet was small, the cooked egg breakfast was very average. It would have been better if there were more options available.

We were greeted with a warm smile and the captivating fragrance of OUD upon entering Palma Riad. The attention to detail in every room was remarkable, leaving us speechless. The staff, especially Lucas and Daniel, went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. As vegetarians, the chef even customized dishes for us. The passion and larger-than-life nature of Toni Ramis, the creator of this beautiful hotel, shines through every corner. I highly recommend this unforgettable experience at Palma Riad.

Slow service in the restaurant.

The decoration of the hotel is stunning, with a true Moroccan vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, close to some excellent restaurants and bars.

Our breakfast experience was not great. We were told it was a buffet but ended up having to order from a menu, after already picking food from the buffet.

Beautiful Moorish-style property. Dark and moody rooms, perfect for ambiance. Huge bath. Exceptional, welcoming staff. Perfect central location in Palma, close to Cathedral, old town, and good restaurants and bars.
