the staff was incredibly helpful, providing warm items and backup options in case we needed to bail. the cozy sleeping bags made for a great night's sleep in our magical ice world. the accommodations inside, including saunas and showers, were also very nice. the venue itself was beautiful, and we especially loved the icebar.

Great stay for business trip! Loved the complementary breakfast and shuttle service to the airport. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It was great to have a gym on-site to work out in the mornings.

The receptionist was not very helpful during check-in and it took quite a bit of time to resolve the issue. the room itself was comfortable, but the shower was not up to par with the rest of the amenities.
