The staff at this hotel was very pleasant and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and hello. The continental breakfast offered a good selection of items, which we enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel is in an ideal location, providing easy access to the entire city.

There were a few issues during our stay that were not so great. the plug in the basin didn't stay down, so we couldn't fill it with water.

This hotel is perfectly located near everything but away from the main roads. It's just a short walk to the famous cathedral and you can easily take the old town walking tour. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful with excellent customer service skills. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and the breakfast is good with a decent selection of items. The view from the higher floors is outstanding, providing a glimpse of the city's newer part.

The air conditioning in the rooms could have worked better as it struggled to keep up with the high temperatures outside.

Although we were dissapointed by the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, the staff still provided us with complimentary hot drinks upon request. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.
