I had a fantastic stay! The views of Salamanca were breathtaking, and the spacious rooms made us feel relaxed. Unfortunately, the gym's limited hours were a letdown. I'd definitely stay again!

Waking up each morning, the breathtaking skyline of Salamanca felt like it came straight out of a painting. The spacious room with a plush bed made it hard to leave, and the friendly staff truly enhanced our experience.

Unfortunately, we faced a few minor inconveniences. The lack of a coffee machine was disappointing, especially during chilly evenings. Additionally, the lifts were a bit cramped, making it challenging with our luggage.

The service at the front desk left much to be desired. the staff seemed brusque and uninterested. Dining in the restaurant was a hassle, as our order was incorrect, and we waited an eternity for basic requests like a glass of wine. The state of the hotel is disappointing. many areas look old and tired, with signs of neglect around the bathrooms which felt like they needed a serious renovation.

Take advantage of the terrace for magnificent views and sunset photography. also, try the breakfast options early to avoid the rush from tour groups.

the location is nice, but that’s about it. I was shocked that the pool was closed when I checked in, and the staff seemed to view my presence as an inconvenience.

Amazing views and comfy vibes

We had the best view of the illuminated cathedral right from our room! Super spacious with great seating. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed chilling at the bar while soaking in the scenery. Breakfast was kinda steep at 16 Euros, though, but the selections were tasty!

The views from the terrace were unreal! Every morning I sipped coffee there, soaking in the cathedral's beauty. The dining room was nice too, with great food options. One thing, though, the breakfast service could've been smoother. we waited a bit longer than expected. But overall, stunning place to relax and unwind!
