The location of the hotel was great, especially during bad weather when everyone was stuck indoors. There were plenty of things to do nearby, like exploring the surrounding area and visiting the beach. The hotel also had a talented animation team, with a few pro dancers who put on fantastic shows in the evenings. And let's not forget about the amazing ice cream they served!

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.

I had a wonderful time at Park Club. The weather was amazing, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The hotel had a comfortable and relaxed environment, great for families. There were so many activities to do for people of all ages, and the entertainment at night was so much fun. The staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome.

The food at the main dining room and BBQ grill was good, with a variety of options to choose from. Although sometimes the food wasn't as hot as I would have liked, and the meat could be tough.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to the beach and the nightlife scene, yet remains peaceful and quiet. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of drinks and have everything they need within reach. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and impressive views. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service throughout the stay. Guests can start their day with a satisfying breakfast and make use of the various facilities such as the pool, playground, and sports activities.

Some guests reported issues with the availability of certain amenities, such as limited WiFi coverage and the absence of gluten-free bakery options or dairy-free milk.

The location, variety of food, lovely garden with exotic birds, recently renovated bathroom, friendly and hard-working staff. Fantastic room, pools, and entertainment activities for families.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Tenerife. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got good value for what I paid. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. They were friendly and always willing to help with any request. Lastly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was situated in a nice area, close to the beach and other attractions. The convenience of the location made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area.

All in all, I had a very pleasant stay and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

Great city vacation! We had a lovely time at the hotel for our city trip. The facilities were brilliant, with a good selection of food and delightful staff. The swimming pools were amazing, and our kids had a great time. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was right in the city center and within walking distance of many attractions.

Although we had a fantastic time overall, there were a few negative aspects of our stay at the hotel. The most significant issue was sharing our table at dinner with other guests.

I was very impressed with the outdoor areas at this hotel. The pools were absolutely fantastic, especially the salt water pools with slides. The beautiful gardens and mini zoo created a lovely atmosphere, and my daughter absolutely loved all the extras. The evening animation and daily pool aerobics were also great. the hotel had amazing outdoor facilities that made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel has a huge green territory with a nice mini club area for kids, playground, and activities. The food is tasty with a variety of options, including delicious seafood dishes and pizza. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff is excellent and always helpful, providing good information and being polite. The animation team ensures entertainment for both kids and adults, and they even made a special birthday card for a friend. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel layout is nice and unique, with animals on-site. The concept of the restaurant allows for interesting conversations with new people.
