This hotel is a great value for money, with rooms that are just as shown in the pictures online. The location in the Old Quarter is perfect, right in the center of Hanoi. The staff is very helpful and attentive, and we were even upgraded to a room with a balcony for free upon arrival.

Additionally, they assisted us in scheduling bus transportation to and from Sapa, making our travel experience seamless. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the provided toiletries, tea/coffee, and electric kettle. The hotel manager, Mr. Kent, was truly amazing, helping us with everything from currency exchange to arranging our Halong Bay cruise and overnight bus to Da Nang. Golden Lotus Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for your stay in Hanoi.
