I recently stayed at Tryp in Panama for 3 nights. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting me with everything from getting a fridge in my room to providing recommendations for exploring the city. The hotel is an excellent value for money, with a great location, comfortable rooms, and a rooftop pool. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff even organized a vegan breakfast to go for my early morning shuttle. They also took care of our suitcases when we went to San Blas. a wonderful experience.

The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was generally very quiet at night, perfect for young families. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill a special request for our son. The desk staff was always kind and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with so many great restaurants nearby, from a beautiful old customs building-turned-restaurant to a cozy little spot down the street. The room was spacious and clean, with a fabulous bathroom to boot. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast had everything we could want to start our day. Plus, the stunning view from the roof was a truly special touch.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the city. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and hot dishes. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and it took multiple requests to have it fixed.

The reception staff went above and beyond, accommodating us even though we arrived early. Kevin, the young man who helped with our luggage, was very friendly. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the Free WiFi and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel is definitely a class act, and we will be returning as frequent guests with our family. Plus, their policy of allowing children under 12 to stay for free is awesome!

I had a great time at the hotel, located in a convenient area close to the Iglesia del Carmen metro station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a clean bathroom. The staff at the reception desk were very kind and allowed me to check in early. There was a small supermarket nearby, and I found a lovely little restaurant just a couple of buildings down for breakfast, which was rather nice. The location was also pleasant for walking during the day.

I did notice some issues with the pool area, such as cloudy water and dirty glasses left out overnight.
