The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is next to the restaurant of Eden Luz and just a short walk to a town center. This makes it easy to access all the amenities and attractions that the area has to offer. there is a very good supermarket nearby, providing guests with everything they could need during their stay.

Some guests have mentioned that the entertainment at the hotel is limited and in a poor location.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Puerto de la Cruz. Situated atop a steep hill, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding gardens and a peaceful retreat away from the bustling town center. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a sofa bed in the lounge area and a great balcony to enjoy the view. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcome. The breakfast included is a fantastic bonus, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right.

The staff was generally nice, smiling and friendly. The location was great, close to the beach and with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The swimming pool was enjoyable and the room had air conditioning which was a relief from the Easter heat.

The food was appalling. Every single time we ate, we found something that was unappetizing or just plain horrible.
