absolutley astounded by the tiny, cramped room with no bathroom lock! I expected a room upgrade after that inconvenience, but received none. And don't even get me started on the single plug behind the cupboard. very inconvenient! almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't. Don't expect special treatment here!
