My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the location was spot on, close to Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena, and plenty of shops and amenities. the nearby parks were beautiful, and the work lounge was a great place to unwind.

One thing to note is that there were some maintenance issues with the AC unit in the room during hot days, which wasn't resolved promptly. It would be great if the hotel could improve the maintenance response time for such issues in the future.
