We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake Chelan Shores. The view of the lake from our room was absolutely stunning. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with five excellent pools and a well-equipped gym. The basketball court and game room provided endless entertainment for our family. The ground floor location was perfect for us, especially with our grandkids in tow. The friendly and helpful reception staff made checking in a breeze. The room layout was ideal for our family, with bunks for the kids and a comfortable king room for us. We loved dining on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful views and utilizing the grill for dinner. The pool facilities were fantastic, although our kids preferred the larger pool near the main building. The price was reasonable for our family of five.

We had an amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable king bed and a second bathroom with two sinks. The proximity to the lake was superb and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and helpfulness.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with the addition of coffee filters for the coffee maker.
