We loved everything about our Club room - it was definitely worth the upgrade cost. The room had two separate sinks in the bathroom, making it very convenient. Plus, the minibar was stocked with soft drinks and we even received a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The best part was the beautiful full sea view we had from our room. We felt lucky to have such an amazing view.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

The value for money at Medplaya Hotel was excellent, with clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated between two popular areas. We enjoyed being able to easily explore both Torremolinos and Benalmadena. The proximity to the beach was also a major plus, as we could easily access the beautiful coastline. the staff at the hotel were generally friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing. While it wasn't dirty per se, there were some areas that could have been cleaner, such as the sofa and the bed cover.

The hotel grounds were well maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and evening entertainment.

I did find that the evening entertainment was too loud for my liking.

We appreciated the complementary wine and soft drinks in the room, as well as the availability of gluten-free bread during breakfast. The hotel had a great location and provided an ocean view that was just stunning to wake up to every morning. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly frontline staff.

We experienced long waits and cold food during dinner, and the nightly entertainment was not up to par. the cleanliness of the Club Room left much to be desired, with ants appearing frequently, stains on the curtains, peeling paint on the balcony walls, and a dirty toilet bowl.

The hotel provided English channels, Netflix, and YouTube on the room TV. The wifi worked well and the air conditioning was effective. The room had a fantastic view of the pool and sea. The hotel staff was friendly and the cleaners did a great job.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was truly impressed. The location of this place is super convenient as it is right on the promenade with easy gated access. It was great being able to stroll along the promenade and enjoy the beautiful views. The hotel itself offers loads of space in the rooms, which was perfect for me as I was traveling with a baby. The staff were excellent, always very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I also preferred this hotel to another one I stayed at previously called Sol House.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with amenities like a mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel also had great entertainment for both adults and children, with nightly shows and activities like painting and disco for the kids. we had a wonderful and luxurious experience at this hotel.
