The location was amazing! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating. They even went above and beyond by arranging the return of my forgotten clothing.

Felt like home, nothing too much trouble.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - within walking distance of a charming city center and excellent restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room, and the overall service was satisfactory. The beautiful view from the hotel added to our positive experience. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and decent service.

The hotel had a great location right on the waterfront, providing stunning views of the water and boats. the rooms were clean with modern furnishings, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus, the complimentary cookie upon check-in was a nice touch.

The lobby area was a bit underwhelming and could use some updating. Additionally, I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room, although it may be something that can be requested.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and had great facilities. It had convenient parking, and we loved how it was within walking distance of several restaurants and a great restaurant we wanted to try. The location was also perfect, as it was close to the airport and all events. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right on the harbor, giving you stunning views of the river. Being located in downtown, you have easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that the area has to offer. Plus, there are walking paths along the riverfront, allowing you to truly enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The amenities provided in the room were a nice touch, including the refrigerator and coffee maker. It made mornings more convenient. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the marina. It was a great spot for enjoying the waterfront views.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the lack of music in the patio was disappointing.

Great location right by the water and downtown with Tryon Palace and Bradham's Pharmacy within walking distance. The maintenance team was quick and attentive when we had an issue with the AC. The view of the boats and bridges was unbeatable. I recommend Hilton Doubletree New Bern - Riverfront.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the waterfront in the historic downtown district. The rooms come with complimentary refrigerators and some of them even have a balcony with a good view of the marina. The breakfast was an awesome value for what was served, with the option to order an omelet or pancakes from the kitchen.
