pombal rooms santiago exceeded my expectations with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a convenient location near the historic city center. the view of the cathedral from my spacious and clean room was breathtaking. i would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the cathedral and away from the crowds. I had the most peaceful sleep since starting my journey in Saint Jean Pied de Port. The room had a direct view of the cathedral and was comfortable with good quality beds and linen. The staff was extremely accommodating and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choices. I also loved the complimentary tea/coffee and pastries in the lobby. a fantastic stay!

I recently stayed at Pombal Rooms Santiago for a few nights during my trip. The staff, especially Irena, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even spoke fluent English! The room itself was spacious and had a beautiful view of the Cathedral church. The bed was comfortable and the decor was lovely. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby. I had a great experience at Pombal Rooms Santiago.

The staff at the reception gave me loads of tourist info, and the hotel is just a quick walk from the grand cathedral square. So convenient! They even provide free snacks and drinks at certain times. Safety is covered with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. And there's a garden too. Wow!

Oh, just a minor detail, the rooms were a bit basic and had some scuffs on the walls. But who cares about that when everything else is so great, right?
